Optimized drying condition can programmed using multi-temperature
drying system which apply higher temperature air to high moisture paddy to reach high drying rate and apply low drying air while paddy moisture is low and susceptible to stress crack.
 

To avoid paddy remain steady causing uneven drying while flow through drying section, two rotary valves with different speed of rotation are installed under each drying column. This create a rolling effect of grain mass, not only make drying more even but speed drying process.
 

To achieve even and faster drying effect. stainless perforated sheets ( thickness in 1.5 mm ) is adopted with U-shape structure to increase the ventilation zone shile drying front flow through the pady mass.
 

Grain dump chutes are a simple, but effective means of distributing grain evenly throughout the bin during circulation. Grain are fed using gravity rather than disk distributor, keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.
